Generation and maintenance of employment
Hesperia World is committed to employment and, in 2023, employed an average of 1648 people. Since the pandemic, collective bargaining agreements have been updated, salary increases have been made, the structure of the workforce has been adapted and training and career plans have been proposed for employees

In the hotel business, personnel both play a key role and carry a significant weight at different levels of the hotel and hotel management value chain. The company also encourages internal promotion, training and professional development among its employees
