In accordance with the provisions of article 10.1 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (the “LSSI”), it is stated that the service provider is Hesperia World, S.L.U. (hereinafter, “Hesperia”) with registered office in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona, Spain), Avda. Mare de Déu de Bellvitge, number 3, CP 08907, with CIF B-67.301.242, registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona in Volume 46.710, folio 158 and sheet B-528.434. - Reservation
In compliance with article 27.1.a) of the LSSI, booking through www.hesperia.com will be carried out as follows:
Step 1: selection of the hotel by the client through the website and using the existing search parameters.
Step 2: selection of the number of guests and rooms.
Step 3: selection of the desired stay dates.
Step 4: selection of the room type.
Step 5: entry of personal data related to the reservation and, if applicable, those of the credit card used as a guarantee for the reservation and acceptance of reservation conditions.
Step 6: verification of the data related to the reservation made.
Step 7: formalization of the reservation and display of the relevant confirmation page.
Step 8: sending a confirmation email with reservation details.
Hesperia will generate an electronic document confirming the reservation for archiving purposes. The client will receive access and full knowledge of this document by email after completing the reservation.
After making the reservation, we kindly ask the client to review its content in order to identify any material errors in the data entered. If needed, to process the necessary corrections, we would appreciate it if you could call our reservations center at +34 93 611 31 31, providing the identifying details of your reservation.
Hesperia’s booking process is available in various languages. To change the language, access the language drop-down menu at the top right of any page on www.hesperia.com.
According to the specific conditions of the specific rates applied to the reservation, payment can be made (i) in advance, in whole or in part, at the time of formalizing the reservation, (ii) at the time of checking in at the hotel and physically accessing the room, or (iii) at the time of checking out of the room. These payments can be made by: credit card accepted at the establishment, bank transfer, and/or cash in legal tender in the country of the hotel.
The legal clause regarding the right of withdrawal will not apply to bookings made through www.hesperia.com or the telephone booking service, with the particular cancellation conditions of the offer always applying. To enforce it, you must contact directly the chosen hotel at the telephone number, postal address, or email address provided in the reservation confirmation message, providing the identifying data of the reservation.
- Industrial and intellectual property
All content included on this website, including but not limited to articles, texts, designs, photographs, images, logos, videos, audios, databases, software, and the website as a whole belong to Hesperia as the owner of the domain and/or as an entity authorized to use it under a license from third parties, therefore any use without prior express authorization is prohibited.
The trademarks, trade names, logos, and any other distinctive signs found on this website are property of Hesperia, or this entity has the corresponding license to use them on said website.
Without express authorization, users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, and transforming the aforementioned content and/or trademarks for commercial or profitable purposes.
- Responsibility
Hesperia may provide the user with links or other elements that allow access to other websites owned by third parties.
Hesperia does not commercialize the products and services of these linked pages, nor does it assume any responsibility for them, their information, its accuracy or legality, or any effects that may arise.
In any case, Hesperia reserves the right to immediately remove any content that may contravene national or international legislation, morals, or public order, proceeding to immediately remove the redirection to the appropriate website and informing the relevant authorities of the content in question.
GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
- General reservation conditions
Reservation conditions
The reservation, if applicable, will be guaranteed by your credit card. In this case, your credit card details will be stored securely and confidentially. Hesperia commits to keeping the data provided by the client secret.
In cases of offers, promotions, special rates, non-refundable rates, or restrictive rates, a deposit may be taken securely from the moment of booking or from the moment restrictions apply using our TPV, which will be deducted from your final bill at the chosen hotel. Your credit card details will be stored securely and confidentially as an additional guarantee.
If you have to pay the total or part of the booking amount at the chosen hotel upon arrival, you may be required to pay this amount on the day of your arrival (i.e., on the check-in date).
If you wish to make any modifications, changes, or cancellations to your reservation, you must do so before the specified check-in date in the original reservation specified in the particular conditions of the rate or offer chosen by the client. Otherwise, applicable charges will be applied.
After making your reservation, we would appreciate it if you could present, either in paper or electronic format, the booking confirmation, which will serve as proof of the services contracted and your reservation. We also ask that you keep it until your arrival at the chosen hotel and present it at the reception at the time of check-in. Otherwise, the hotel will not be responsible for any errors related to the reservation (e.g., the contracted rate, number of persons, and/or services booked).
Additionally, please keep the reservation locator number as it will be necessary to access the reservation details in case you need to make any changes, modifications, or cancellations.
Please remember that all individuals (including minors) staying at the chosen hotel must have the relevant identification documents, as well as any official and valid accreditation documents to verify:
- compliance with booking conditions (e.g., age of minors or identity of individuals staying at the hotel) specified in the reservation.
- compliance with discounts, offers, promotions, etc. applied in the reservation.
- if the client is the holder of the credit card used for the prepayment.
This documentation may be requested at the hotel reception upon arrival. Failure to provide or comply with any of the specified conditions may result in the hotel charging 100% of the stay, even if prepayments have been made, and reserves the right to charge any discounted amounts.
Payment for the reservation will be made in the official currency of the hotel’s location. Prices in other currencies, occasionally shown in parentheses just below the price in the hotel’s location currency and indicated in the booking process and confirmation, are for informational purposes only and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations on the day.
Rates
Rates marked with the term “from” are calculated based on an occupancy of two (2) adults per room. If the reservation is made for a higher or lower number of persons per room, the relevant rate may vary.
It is also noted that the rates are valid only for individual bookings. In no case will they apply to groups (i.e., booking ten (10) or more rooms) and/or special events.
The rates include applicable taxes at the time of booking. However, in the event of subsequent increases in any applicable indirect taxes (such as, but not limited to, VAT or IGIC), or the establishment of new taxes, levies, charges, or contributions of any kind affecting the services to be provided to the client, the indicated rates will be increased accordingly.
The customer may make any claims through: (a) the reception of the chosen hotel; (b) postal mail addressed to Hesperia, Customer Service Department, Avda. Mare de Déu de Bellvitge, 08097 L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona, Spain); (c) the customer service portal (www.hesperia.com/en/help).

- Booking
After completing the booking, we kindly ask you to review its content to identify any material errors in the data entry. To process any necessary corrections, please contact the operator with whom you made your reservation.
Reservation confirmation
When making the prepayment reservation, a charge in the customer’s account with the currency unit (euro, dollar, pound, etc.) of the booking confirmation will be shown to verify the card details provided. This amount will be refunded within a timeframe that may vary depending on the banking entity.
By providing the credit card details, the customer authorizes the charging of prepayments, unpaid amounts, and penalties in the cancellation policy. Hesperia is committed to keeping the data provided by the customer confidential.
No-show
In the case of prepayment reservations, if you fail to show up at the hotel (no-show) before 18:00 (local time of the selected hotel) on the scheduled day of entry, no amount will be refunded.
For guaranteed bookings, unless cancellation has been made in accordance with the above, if you do not show up at the hotel (no-show) before 18:00 (local time of the selected hotel) on the scheduled day of entry, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and you will be charged the amount explicitly provided in the No-show section included in the applicable rate conditions.
If you foresee arriving at the chosen hotel on the scheduled arrival day, but after 18:00 (local time of the hotel), please contact the hotel directly (whose contact details will appear in the booking confirmation) to report this circumstance.
Minors
Individuals under 18 years of age cannot make hotel reservations without the prior authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be solely responsible for all actions taken by the minors under their care, including completing forms with the personal data of such minors and ticking the accompanying boxes.

- Transactions
Due to local currency fluctuations and the bank commission that your bank may apply, there may be some price differences between the time of payment and the receipt of the card statement.
In accordance with Law 7/2012, of October 29, amending tax and budget regulations and adapting financial regulations to intensify actions in the prevention and fight against fraud, payments in cash for operations of an amount equal to or exceeding 2,500 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency are not permitted.
When the payer is an individual who proves that their tax residence is not in Spain and is not acting as a business or professional, the cash payment limit will be 15,000 euros or its equivalent in foreign currency.
In the case of non-residents in Spain, the payer must sign a declaration at the hotel at the time of payment and provide proof of their tax residence (i.e., valid passport and/or certificate validly issued by the tax authority of their country). For operations that cannot be paid in cash, the parties involved in the transactions must keep payment receipts for a period of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, to prove that it was made through non-cash payment methods. They are also required to provide these receipts upon request by the State Tax Administration Agency.
- Modification of the General Conditions
Hesperia reserves the right to partially or totally modify these General Conditions.
- Legal information

- Fiscal Information
The reservation made through Hesperia will be invoiced by the Hesperia group company operating the hotel as the entity responsible for both providing the services contracted by the client under this reservation and collecting payment.
UPDATE
This policy may need to be updated. Therefore, it is necessary to periodically review this policy and, if possible, each time you make a reservation with us in order to be properly informed about the type of information collected and its processing.
